Visit Academy Bank’s website and look for the login screen

Choose account type: Personal or Business

Insert Access ID and click Sign In

Verify your login by requesting a on-time code via email or answering challenge question

After successful verification, provide your password and login to online banking.
How to Reset Online Banking Password
If you forget the password for your online banking account, you can reset it on your computer or mobile phone. Here is how to do it:

Find the Secure Sign In tab on Academy Bank website

Click on Forgot password?

Enter your Access ID, last 4 digits of your Tax ID, and email address

Click Submit when ready

Your password will be sent to you to the email address associated to your Access ID.

If you forget the Access / User ID, please call the bank’s support department during business hours at (877) 712-2265.
Academy Bank business hours:
- Monday through Friday – 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM CT
- Saturday – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT

How to Enroll for Online Banking
If you have an account at Academy Bank, but you don’t have access to online banking yet, in fact you never used it before, you will need to sign up for it. The signup process if very simple:

Go to the bank’s homepage and look for the Secure Sign In tab (in the left of your screen)

Click on Enroll in Online Banking > button

On the next page fill-in the required fields: first and last name, email address, account number, TeleBank PIN

Click Submit when done

Follow the steps to select a unique Access ID and password.
